      Ooh, that's a bit nasty; it used to be illegal to run lower-rated tyres, but they stopped that foolishness a few years ago. You'd think the insurance companies would keep up (frankly, I don't see the point of 250km/h rated tyres on a road car in Australia; they apparently don't perform as well at 110km/h as, say, a 180km/h rated tyre in the same performance & price category).
      Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.

          my g/f 's corrolla sx just failed its rwc cause of the 17's that are fitted , "its more than 2 inches taller than factory" said the ugly servo atttendent ,. So on went the factory 14's prob. solved
          VL turbo 11.7 116 mph
          RS turbo 13.2 104 mph
          VL 5ltr 14.9 92 mph ( current )
          VB 253 15.2 94 mph
