There are some EG coupes around too, but rarer.

If you go an EK, don't get a CXI - as manual windows lol :p
The original poster posted a pic of a 9k EG so i thought EK migth be out of his budget, anyway yeah don't get the CXI, the VTIR is so much better for not much more, engine aside, just the electric windows, mirror, sunroof (on most i thinK), ABS, dual airbag are worth the extra i reckon.

        No. Buy a Nissan. :D
IMO I think you may be more satisfied with a `93-`94 SSS Pulsar.

i don't see a whole 9kW to be the basis for buying a car...SSS' are a good platform, take an SR20DET well, but IMHO the EG is a better looking car. with an airbag :D

i'm not knocking honda's, but the torqueyness of the SR20DE is more to my liking. I own a nissan, what do you expect?

yeah...they all have sunroofs..plus immobiliser too, and all those other features you mentioned. Plus trim inside is more "upmarket" and the seats are more sporty...with the headrests with the holes in them....only thing if you didn't know....the vtir hatch is a 4 seater....not 5.

Both the EG and EK are quite spacey with decent boot space.

EF Civics > EG, EK etc :p

Cheaper, easier to maintain and a tad lighter

I dunno, I'm just biased, even if I do have to get a handle surround imported from Japan because the Aussie Spec EFs didn't have a black interior
