That is spray painted onto the bonnet of a Ford Courier or some other work ute like that. During the nats, I was parked next to it at the BP servo in Braddon. I actually thought it was a Canberra car as the guy was hanging around a lot of other Canberra people. But I saw it and found it quite amusing, I would of thought "Habib the Builder - Can we jip them?" would of been more appropriate
