Sorry if this is a bit of a hi-jack, but I'm curious as to what exactly happens to a turbo when it is hi-flowed? How much does it usually cost and what kind of power gains are expected?
Usually it would mean 'reducing' the efficiency of the exhaust turbine so that a motor can rev harder and not overboost as much (reduced back pressure - hi flow)
Although it should really be done together with a compressor size increase so that the volume of compressed air increases.
How much? depends if your turbo needs a full rebuild or not, what size wheel/housing they are going to fit, what you have, what they have. You could spend 1000's depending on how much you want. You may get away with 500-750, but you definately GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
It's always better to have an experienced engine builder or workshop to specify the requirements, as you may end up reducing your overall driveability, and will may encounter ALOT of lag.

I'm not sure if Dynamic deal with performance turbos anymore. I heard they only deal in truck and diesel, and that Toowoomba Dynamic deal with the performance side. I could be wrong.
