totally agree, and from the sound of it, so does the WA Government as it looks like they are introducing anti-hoon laws.

Defect notices will be used on defective cars, and idiots doing burnouts on the streets will have their cars confiscated. Atleast it will get rid of all the P-plater Scrotes that think it's cool to bake a rear tyre as they leave Macca's on a Thursday night

As this all happened at an event, their insurance won't count will it?? Therefore they both, or whoever is found to be at balme, have to pay for the damage out of their own pocket ?

And did the wheels get changed on that VL as in the pics, the last one, it looks to have different wheels on the back ? - not pursuits though ; )

      Cheers

They both have stockies and are tough cars....BUT are they different coz their stockies AREN'T chasers? Or are they in another class coz they aren't riding on "pursuities"?

        My point exactly.
Sorry missed your point. They both look shit (not tough) with different wheels and both look like they have only done to have some fun (burnouts)

white vl, smashed front and rear hit the wall under his own fark up.

but agree with most of the comments regarding burnouts one side of the track and whatever speed the other side of the track.

            dosen't make for safe motoring:-)

Heres an idea for you: Maybe not everyone is born with money or can borrow it from mummy and daddy whenever they need it. Maybe some people need to drive to work to GET MONEY so they can get new tyres..... So lets review his options, 1) Drive on barely legal almost slick tyres... 2) look like a "dickhead" but be driving on safe and legal tyres....... ooooookkkk i'll tell him to take option 1 next time so he doesnt look so bad to some tosser on an internet forum

I don't think having (choose one or more of the following) "good" / soft compound / high performance / grippy / expensive tyres on the front and cheap / hard compound / high mileage tyres on the back makes for a safe car.

Heres an idea for you: Maybe not everyone is born with money or can borrow it from mummy and daddy whenever they need it. I don't care what anybody's car looks like. Notice how my previous post only mentions tyres. I don't care if a car has mis-matched wheels, as long as they are an appropriate size.

As for the money thing, well, lack of money is never an excuse for driving an unsafe car.

BTW, how did his rear tyres get worn down before his front ones? I can't imagine his car does that through normal use, and if it did he could rotate the tyres so they all had roughly the same tread depth.

I think some people need to get off their high horse. He MIGHT have done a burnout so defect him. He MIGHT be a hoon because he cant afford 20' chorme rims and only drives around 2 mags.

How cares? Because people might do burnouts you should defect them? In that case you should defect all cars excpet for your precious 4wd couldn't spin in the wet cars. Because all cars MIGHT do a burnout. I have an idea. Lets just all get horses so nobody does any burnouts. Just make sure your horse doesn't break traction!

Burnouts in streets are not good. But the people here are all acting like a bunch of whinging old ladies! You are scared that the police might defect your precious evo 3.

IF IT WAS STOCKY THEY COULDNT TOUCH YOU!!!!

                            Stop complaining.

with only 1 horsepower i doubt it would break traction

I agree, its freedom of choice, they can have really cheap tyres but they might still be able to get some action going, not everyone can buy $400 tyres just to waste them on burnouts lol
Yeah sure okay right whatever i get it.
