8ODGY - I can not comment until we can see a photo of the aforementioned burnout (or at the very least a re-enactment video!!)
But soap, a wire scrubbing brush and some high pressure should take it off no probs - worked on my mummy and daddy's driveway when I did something similar (not with the moped though!)

In all honesty though mine does em but only in the garage on the concrete (not shiny stuff either!!) - have tried on bitumen but it keeps overpowering the front wheel to much and I end up withpushing the front tyre along the road with the front brake locked up !
