The Murcielago is not the prettiest car out there - IMO Lamborghinis have never been 'pretty' - they've been dramatic, brutal even bullish.

I'd make an exception for the Miura.

The Ferrari 360 is pretty and many Ferraris have been pretty and almost feminine.

Still, I don't mind the strong looks of the Murcielago. I feel the looks have been sanitised and made a little too corporate by Audi.

That's it. They aren't supposed to be pretty, they are very aggressive. I like that look.

I disagree. Perhaps you should see your local optometrist.

I think pretty much any of the supercars in a similar league are better looking

The diablo looked a lot better than the Murcielago even.

Perhaps you should reserve your judgement until you see one :p

A lot of cars are more impressive 'in the flesh'.

And wait until you hear an Italian exotic V8 or V12 spin up...

                            Jaysus Kerist!

Even a Ferrari 308 or one of the small calibre 3.2 litre V8 328 Ferraris sound like nothing you've ever heard before.

Styling is one thing that none of us will agree on. I personally have no love for modern Lamborghinis but then I'm largely a child of the sixties having never seen anything quite as lovely as a Miura (I never liked the Countach).

                                I think a good litmus test is the Ferrari 308 family... the 308, 328, 348, 355, 360, 288, F40.

Tell me which one you like. It's a 25 year old product line.

I also don't like the 360 front bar. What is practical is not what looks best!
