The internet is also full of these stupid sr/ca arguments ... by people that obviously have no idea on the facts.
ca's definately have hyd lifters (same as vg30). Although these need to be replaced with shimmed solid buckets (like the rb's) when using cams of greater lift than 8.5mm
one other myth... the 'light' alloy sr... in fact it is 21kg heavier than the steel ca
