    If people don't know when to turn on / off their fog lights, what chance do they have of being able to correctly adjust their lights? Way too much to think about for 95% of the drivers out there. Teach them to use indicators and check blind spots first, and then when they have mastered that we can educate the masses to the correct use of adjustable headlights.

      Dodgyd, even if people don't understand, at least the "yearly checkup" (aka pink slip) would pick that up. You wonder why the hell the light meter in virtually all the dealership workshops I've been to are gathering dust...

        I always drive with my high beams on, just piss everyopne else off

        The light beam adjusters are a requirement to do RWC inspections, 90% of mechanics dont use them.
