i dont know the answer to that, but all Association legislation is state based.

eg, this is the QLD legislation:

i had a quick skim, but cant tell if it is entirely state based.

maybe there is a better way?

maybe starting a business? but an association is much more legitimate interms of external appearance.

however, for example, the "The Pedestrian Council of Australia Ltd" is a limited company with a CEO etc...

Yeah. Maybe.
Don't know why I posted, or why I am posting, apart from the fact that I hadn't seen a post from my former self for a while, and that work is shitting me to tears.

I still think the ADG is a good idea, but it'll unfortunately need injections of both cash and effort to work, neither of which are freely available in this day and age. (Btw, not making light of Jim's efforts, which I know were many and great.) What about sponsorship for the ADG ?

Anyway, a Magna spa is of higher short-term priority :D
