Black is a terrible colour for any car.

1. They never show off the curves well (e.g. E30 M3 - red vs. black)
2. Swirl marks for days
3. Show up scratches easily
4. Hotbox in the summer
5. They look like absolute shit approximately 5 seconds after washing due to them showing up every bit of dirt and dust known to man
6. For cars like the GR, you don't get that nice contrast between the paint colour and the body parts like roof / mirrors / wheels etc. like you do with white / red body colour.

They defo were selling at a loss. My dealer was telling me they get a cheque from toyo japan for every one they sold.

And they were a 50k car with a 10k discount not a 40k car.

Dealers have a relationship for TMCA, not TMC. They won’t get a bill from TMC.

Also because of transfer price laws, TMCA doesn’t actually know the true cost of the car so all pricing has to be negotiated at arms length. Loss or not, only TMC will know.
