Shipping largish items from Australia to the US

Soo, mate in the US has gotten into Landcruisers.

Can't get Australian suppliers to ship out of Australia. Needs some wheels and bits and bobs to keep the fleet going.

Anyone get large items (wheels etc) out of the East coast and into the US? Who did you use and what would you recommend? Is there a freight company that does the container into LA much like we have companies bring containers into Australia?

Yes I'm aware of China flu, yes he's willing to wait.

Just do via sea. I can't remember who I used but I was a nobody and I sent 4 rb30 blocks to middle of use for like 600 bucks.

    I looked it was wwcf.com.au
    3D scanning
    3D modelling
    Structural certification
    3 and 5 axis milling

Pack and Send have given me some pretty good quotes on things as big and bulky as gearbox / engine etc going to the States. Anything on a pallet basically.

        Have not actually used.

Stuff that costs a $1000 to get from there to here, taking 6 weeks, is overnight from here to there and about $4.80 in my experience.

Getting some massive quotes to get steel wheels into LA from the Australian East Coast. Will wait for China flu to die down and shipping to get back to some sort of normal.

Believe it or not. No one in the US does steel wheels for a 100 series nor a Troopy.

Thanks for that info, I'll add exporting those wheels to my other businesses, heh.
