There is the nissan that the vq30de came from don't know the name of the model or the class it was to be in, apparently the class was scrapped and so was the car, they had a motor design leftover and decided to put it inot production.

The Cosworth 4WD F1 racer is on display at the York Motor Museum in WA. I was there over the Rally Oz week. It has a little story about how and why it was not raced. Basically money and a change in direction of F1 at that time.

How could I forget the Toyota LuMPy project, one of my favourite looking sports cars. Pity it's speed was never tested in race condition, nor would it reach the race track in all-black!
