I'm not going to repeat them all again, but I do concur with what you guys have said in regards to speeding.
If people were to pay attention to what they are doing on the road and if they received enough driver training to actually know how to control a motor vehicle, a lot less accidents would occur.
Unfortunately for the revenue raisers, they can't make 'inattention cameras' although that would be much more acceptable than speed cameras IMHO.
Some people are just naturally better drivers than others, but there are those (myself included) that will go out and involve themselves in further training to improve their skills on the road. Unfortunately because this isn't a legal requirement and most people only drive to get from A > B, they are less than satisfactorily equipped to properly control a vehicle on the road.
