It looks doable back to a road registerable car.

Unless it's gonna cost $30,000 to restore a $25,000 car.

It completely fooks people like me, who want to use others misfortune to build a car that I'm just going to write off again...

Nah they just sell them to smash repairers instead who then:

A) create false invoices from dealers or
B) return the new parts after they've been ordered but use the stolen parts.
