                        It's a recently introduced law on stolen and recovered vehicles, all are stat written regardless of condition. It certainly upsets the bright sparks with a shed full of WRX and S15 parts and there business plans.

                            Nah they just sell them to smash repairers instead who then:

                            A) create false invoices from dealers or
                            B) return the new parts after they've been ordered but use the stolen parts.
