If you look under a new model and then look under yours, you will see many opportunities to lighten your wallet which will improve the cars rigidity. Used to drive a mates one every now and again (and had a deposit on it at one stage). 186kw atw from a 1.6L using the AVO kit with forged internals was pretty stout.
