        No, a 4AFE.

Attached are a couple of pics of it in the back of his buggy.

Neat. How does the Lumenition rate? We never see them over here. I guess the market here is full enough of aftermarket ECUs.

That's really neat I would assume it would be best to start with a 4AGE block to get the goodies like oil squirters etc, and then put a 4AFE head on it? You mentioned you could put bigger cams on an F head, what sort of cams are you running in yours?

Have you seen Synchron's computer (from ZTH)? If so, what do you think?

Nah we're using the 7AFE block as they're taller and so the rod:stroke ratio is better with the 4AGE crank and longer rods.
The cans will be a reasonable duration and heaps of lift.
Don't know anything about the Luminition or ZTh box's sorry.

I'd always heard the G heads were the performance ones, and the F heads were for fuel economy. Or is this just specific to the A engines?

BTW sounds like a damn nice engine you're building there!

my 4AGE pulled 146rwhp on the dyno with the only known mods bieng TRD Cams, Forged Pistons, 18RGU Injectors, ECU Chip, Tuned Lenght Extractors and Cold Air Induction... (engine came from sprinter track car in japan so could have other internal mods i dont know of....) but it is nice and quick in the car and sounds sweet !!

Either it's some huge secret or perhaps it was Bob Romano's :p

I don't know which dyno sorry. It's one on the Gold Coast though I think.

Ok, thanks. Was just curious. Had some wild variations between a few I used around town last year.
