Does the physical tyre size really relate to it's theoretical rolling diameter though?
Japanese tyres tend to be "wider" than the equivalently sized Euro tyres. E.g. 205/55 Pirellis being narrower than a 195/60 Yokohama. Both mounted on the same sized rims too. But the rolling diameter is still the same is it not?
