My mate has had his US STi 2.5 running for 6months at least now. He had oil consumption problems for the first 12,000ish km's, but since then it seems to have lessened. It's running new forgies and rods a T3/T4 TD05 hybrid and all the usual fruits. It has bucketloads of torque and hits full boost by 2500, but the huffer is too small, he's considering a GT35R now.
I like the look of the new models! I think they look wicked!
'10 Forester Diesel 6Spd - Slow and sensible
'93 SWB Pajero - Slow but scary
'89 MX5 B6-T - Scary not slow
I like the new look, but as allways I'll wait to see it in the flesh. The pictures that are coming out now make it look a lot better than the first ones that were posted.
Details inc pricing for the Australian version won't be released until October.
I can't see the price having changed - they didn't drop the price of the STi after
the tarriff reduction, but they dropped the WRX by $2500.
