if you close your eyes and morph it a bit you can see the inspiration for Godiva in the 037....I've been a big fan for ages.
        I like the Stratos...I love the 037.

Agreed. Competition history adds a fair bit to the value. But IMHO S4>037>Integrale>Abrath 131>Stratos.

I'm with Neil, love the 037 especially in road car guise. For the reason that it is a purebred race car with rego plates attached Surely it would be an appreciating asset - we may never see another car like it from a major manufacturer.

              ok, found my photos.

These pics were taken at the warehouse when the M3 was collected. not shown (glimpses may be seen) of some alfa spiders and an r34 type stagea He had a good half a dozen integrales in there as well as this funky looking lancia, powered by a ferrari V8. Nice bit of gear, the whole dash was leather. As stated before, the price range for his LHD integrales is mid-high teens through to mid twenties in Aussie dollars... I know a guy who bought one (he teed us up with this guy to get the M3) which he left LHD and targa'd tassie in. Beautiful vehicle.

That would be the Lancia Thema. I remember reading a good article on those in a Classic & Thoroughbreed magazine a couple of years ago. I think they were even FWD. It was part of the whole wolf in sheeps clothing phase which led to cars like the Lotus Carlton.

I've always loved Integrales. Best of all, in WA you can keep them LHD :D

You can have a left hand drive in NSW too. Ours was built in 1942 though (Willys)! Guess that makes it the 60+ year import rule:D

Yep - Lancia Thema 8/32 I think they were called. FWD Lancia with a Ferrari Mondial engine. Great idea, except they weren't particularly fast (0-100 in high 7s IIRC).

A firend of mine has a Thema, but, his is the 2lt turbo version. Nice car, but, it has an electrical system which makes me scared to get in the car, truely horrible.

Here it is in a typical Itialian car pose....

Apparently the Thema 8.32 was a bit of an understeering pig. Big surprise that with a 3.2L V8 driving the front wheels. :p
