they decided that they couldn't issue a Fuel card for logistical reasons - I thought they thought we were over from Aus - so they offered a cheque for £1500!!!

then decided the cheque idea was too difficult and just deposited it into my account. on Zac's behalf.

Had to chase them a little for it but not a bad day out :D

A few quick comments, 'Our Cars' could have done with some titling, it took me a couple of minutes to work out that the first page was actually Forg.

The porting article was very interesting, & relevent to my Alfa engine, was interesting to see that it was hard to improve flows below 0.3". I still would have liked to see the flow of the dead std port just to see how much of an improvement the basic clean up made. & was good to see that you published the less successful results as well, a lot of mags won't print that. Any chance of a future article on valve seats?

I would liked to have seen more on that FSAE car, especially the tub construction.
