I take it this is one also? Was down in Dunsborough in WA for a weekend away and there was some hill climb event on. Didnt have a clue what it was (thought it was a VW to start with) but it sounded and went frieking mint thanks to the slightly upgraded engine.

Some poor bastard also had a whoopsy in his ferrari (understeered straight into a tree)

It's not a Bambino though. It's a 600, which had a water-cooled inline 4 cylinder in the back. The 500 (Bambino) is smaller and had the air cooled 2 cylinder engine.

Well it went ok yesterday, we had to get a new battery for it, and it cranked over, well tried to. I had no idea how to take the plugs out, to try the oil trick, but the engine seems like it wants to go, Ill post up pics soon.

Guido! Turn in you "certified Fiat geek" badge, clean up your oil leak, and leave the house immediately! The Niki (126) was a 500 replacement all the way, right down to the air cooled twin.

But with a few more cylinders and a bit of an education, they come out looking like this ....

The one running as a Steyr Puch, and the couple of others, in Targa were good to watch, they look very strange tottering about sideways... Can't remember which one of them it was, but one was powered by a boat engine of some description (!)..

My mum had an OT2000 motor and box in the back of an otherwise fairly stock 850 coupe, a long long time ago.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe, and from this side only! The flight of a half-man, half-bird. Dinosaurs nuzzling their young in pastures where strip-malls should be. Cookies on dowels. All those moments lost in time; gone like eggs off a hooker's stomach. Time to die.

we finally got the little beast started today, took some piccies with the camera phone. It needs a new badge on the front, little kids around the street tried to pinch it.
