              I plan to get a Turbo A MA70 very soon. Im not sure what they weigh, but how much can I get it to weight If I strip it?

              Seats: "Apparantly" 30kg (Approx) each = 60kg
              carpet and sound deadening, or would this be too much for a daily? = **kg?
              rear seats = 15kg?

              Would trying to get it 100kg or so less worth while for occasional track days, but daily driven (Im only 5 mins from work)? Ill definatley be getting rid of the seats, already have some replacements

                    Should be an interesting project, their was some discussion about what weight could be ditched earlier in this topic.

                    In addition to the usual, look at using polycarbonate to replace rear and rear side glass. I've even thought of stripping out weight from the dash, they are usually as heavy as.

                      I have it on good authority that the door cards are quite weighty. If I had some sort of Ma71 project car I would be looking to do something about that. Some Supra folk also believe (and i agree) that the AC system weighs a ton, and can be ditched.
