Hmmm interesting idea. I'll mention it! Not quite the fit an finish you'd get with anything euro though....
Maybe true, but show me a Euro with an 8L V10.
Cal.

Nope it is Comodore Fleet white. Looks really disappointing in the flesh.
Oh sorry ... I keep getting confused between Commodore Fleet White, and Commodore Fleet Metallic White ... they're much as interesting as each other.
Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.
GT2 is no good...pointless having a road car faster than your race car around a track.
.
On slicks though?
Would be more interesting than an S!

If we're getting into yank muscle... Z06 Corvette?
Don't think these are sold here. Yank stuff just doesn't have the presence (or quality) of Euro gear IMHO.
What prices were GT2's new? They still want $300k for them now!

i think GT2 was around $400-420k new... bit of a hit on depreication though!
hmm, what about a 996 Turbo with mods? considering the 997 Turbo will be here early next year they're probably prepared to make deals. if you spend money wisely on mods (like the X50 pack, or maybe just going to a Turbo S) you'll end up with something faster than a GT2, plus get the bragging rights of some nice name brand bits.
Back in the Autospeed days, that used to be a very quick car up the old Pac.

Is it the same friend everytime you create one of these threads or are we just supposed to be impressed that you have so many rich friends ?? And if you do, why do they hang out with a bloke who drives an MR Lancer with clear tailights with an Evo bodykit ??

(And yes, i'm taking the piss mate...) :p
Yes same friend. And 3 out of the 4 (or so) threads I started he ended up buying something. I just think it makes interesting discussion. I mean 99% of us (ie everyone except Q!) would never be able to afford them, but everyone has an opinion, suggestion, or experience. Anyway... makes the day go faster!
