Someone tried to steal the bmw badge off the front of mine once, didnt really know what they were doing (you pretty much have to snap them to remove them like that), ended up fucking up the bonnet around it while leaving without the badge :o

Almost any car will look cleaner, sleeker and just plain better with all badging removed.

I see badges as being poser material pretty much "Im so tough look what I've got everyone"....
Yeah - a golf looks heaps better with just a big plastic circle on the back of it. And we really need the poser status of Golf GL as well. It's a real head turner! People come up and ask about the awesome single cam 1.8L pushing out 88kw of raw power.

Actually we just want it looking stock, factory spec because the missus likes it like that and it's easier to sell.

It's got airbags and ABS options too!

Strangely enough, I really enjoy driving the golf - it's just so solid and handles really well for a little car. Even though it's an auto the little car loves the hills.

Having the correct badging for your vehicle is simply being proud of what you have and maintains originality.....although I'm all in favour for my "special cars" to be debadged correctly I like 'sleepers' why put a red rag to a situation if you have a fast car.
