Been on the road a fair few times with a customer behind the wheel, trying to sort out tunes or other issues that weren't apparent on the dyno. Always had that shit feeling in the back of my head thinking "what if he farks it and we both end up as road kill". Glad I don't do it anymore...

Hope everyone comes out of it A OK.

Chris was a good mate of my mate Wayne (MYDRUG) who has passsed and i found out about chris's accident through waynes parents. They are shattered.
Chris is a top bloke. Nothing is ever a hassle and very "can do" type of guy.

I consider myself a good friend of Chris’ & assume likewise… After speaking with Dale last night at length, I figured I could do nothing for Chris at the moment other than share his incident with others, in the hope that today, one of you might no go that little bit further or think of your loved ones first…

It didn’t really hit home until I saw the car, it was that impact it had on me, that I felt to share…

All I care about at the moment is Chris, his wife & daughter… I can only pray he will regain all the strength he had before this happened… For those who personally know him, will know his strength…

Pass on my wishes to Chris and his family please. Like many here I never knew him but the name rings a bell.
I hope he pulls through, but from the sounds everyone is making about his character he will be fine.
Just let him know when and if you can that positive thought and attitude will go a long way. This applies to all around him too, if he sees positive people he will be stronger for it.

Cal - Yep, Turbo MX5 ONEOFF

I flew to Sydney on Friday night to pick up the new MX5 off Tim's (the driver/owner) brother. When he picked me up from the airport he was a bit shaken as he had just received a call from the hospital to say his brother had been involved in an accident. At that stage it was thought he was the only person in the car. It's terrible that the passenger was so badly injured. I hope he pulls threw this.

Have been speaking to Chris' brother Tony via e-mail... He was very stoked to read all the well wishes and is keeping me up todate with Chris' progress...

I will leave further updates to Tony if he wishes to, but will say things are improving...

Thanks mate... You actually met him with Steggles... He was the one that bought Stegg's 323 after it got crashed when he co-owned ToySports... He mainly did the fab work & engine building/tuning... He left ToySports about 4 years ago...
