    Did Peter have an accent of some sort? I remember talking to a really helpful dude called Peter at Shannons when I uninsured the VR4 & enquired about the datto. I remember he had an accent, I CBFed remembering what accent though.

      Shannons...

      When I first put my car on with Shannons,
      I spoke to a guy on the phone.
      He was not of much help.
      He did suggest that I should take my car in for inspection,
      and work from there.
      A week later I went in and what a change of attitudes!
      It could have been a different guy,
      but I dont think it was.
      We chatted about cars etc. for ages.
      He was keen to help.

        Peter and Nathan Peirano run a little 7-second Altered powered by a blown Lexus V8 and they have special motorsport insurance packages for just this sort of purpose (click the link on their webpage).
