I think it's both. The car in the link I posted is definitely a Corolla.

I had a look at the model codes and they're the same too. The only difference that I can see is the Allex is the B model and the Run X is the A model (like how the Aristo and the crown have the same model codes).

Mazda dropped the rated MX-5 power output from 113 to 108 kW on the previous gen. a few years ago - claim was to do with Euro-III... dyno runs showed no difference...

That's entirely different. They dropped the rating but the power was always 108kW. Mazda just "accidentally" forgot to quote the power for the export model rather than the domestic. Just like they did for the 2003 rx-8s in the US. The flipside is that their other trick is to not mention when power goes up for minor model upgrades, thus avoiding recertifying emissions.

They still make the same actual power, theres just been a change in the way that they calculate the losses for external pumps, alternator etc when they do the rated power

So my corolla has a drivetrain loss of 12%? Seems pretty low.
