Well, glad you all like the mag. Re trav's add...blame me I put it together at the last minute so its my fault! But I am glad to have him there.
Smee glad you had good service with Meridian, I have found them good to deal with. I did not want any dubious businesses advertising hence my refusal of one well known fuel catalyst.
BTW Godiva will be getting a heart soon, will let you all know when it arrives...
Aye, i have been dealing with Meridian for a few years now and have nothing but good things to say about them.

Fish, ok I now understand. In most respects Trav's business is exactly the sort of business I want to work with, ie an independant owner run business who support local racers and which trades on it reputation. Its often difficult to find out who does what locally and where they do it.
Takai, good to hear.

There's a new magazine shop on Elizabeth St, near the corner of Collins St, in Melbourne that had about 10 copies just before when I was in there (and also the best selection of car magazines I've ever seen)
tried to pickup a copy this week, didnt have any and they didnt want to get any in (basically said they cant, will have to wait till there are returns and they can order back issue) :o
If i put through a subscription, is it possible to order a back issue to go with issue 6?

Yes all back issues are available. The newsagent is also slightly misleading. It would be easy for them to order it and there are already a premature returns...there always are.

In Melbourne have a look at Mc. Gills in Swanston St (near the corner of Bourke St) ans Technical Book and magazine at the new location in La Trobe St which is just down the street from the place Micky D mentioned.

S'cool, I followed prior advice & ventured out onto Lane Cove Road in that little block of shops just south of the M2, where the Maccas is ... and they had about half a dozen copies (five now ).
Nero, you must be paying people to go around & put the mag on top, everywhere I've seen it it's been either at the front, or on top of others ... as though it gets thumbed-through a lot.
Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.
