    Tough ass Subaru's!

Interesting read on why Subaru's do so well in all their safety/crash tests!

and also why you might be waiting a little while to get out of one after an acco! :D

Damn that is some seriously strong looking shit! Nice one! Don't know that you would be that impressed waiting a day for someone to come back with a different saw :p but if it meant you weren't dead it can't be all bad.

Georgie, can we test this out on the Liberty?

Ah just read only 2002 and onward models...doesn't matter we could still rip it open and strength the liberty body by changing to the new ring b-pillar :p

Certainly tough ass...and I now I know why the later ones weight so much.

If only they had the rigidity to withstand the world standard "interior light, driveway test".

Sheeet Dont know weather to be relived or scared, the wifes Outback 3.0R has this set up and its a bit of a worry knowing that the old jaws of life are going to strugle to cut you free, but you would only assume if the car was that damaged that if they need these to get you out of a "Saftey Ringed subaru" you'd be going straight into a blue body bag.............................MMMMMMMMMM
                Hope not.touch wood

JZK25 - I have enough trouble with that test on flat ground! :D

JIMMBO - I reckon if you were in the ring you'd be safe! That's why they call it the ring. No risk of any reproduction!
