    BMW 3 series ad on telly

    I love it

    Its a history of the 3 series on a racetrack, a few seconds of each car going fast around a track, when the camera pans to the next shot, another great shot of the next model, leading from what looks to be late 70's (i'm not BMW expert though) to the current model.

    Anyone have a link to the ad on the net? I wanna watch it again.

            the BMW aus website section looks good too.

            here is a similar ad from Mercedes-Benz back in 1999. A bit too arty for me though

                    E21 was the first 3 series (ie after the 2002). Didn't go too badly in their day.

                          touchy topics with one of my mates.... they asked to use his (immaculate) 2002, which he was more than happy to do, but then they never got back to him at all.
                          His is MUCH better than the one they ended up using too, dunno if you can see it in the ad, but it's missing bits of trim, the bumper's wonky, and I think it has the wrong headlights on it.
