I would find someone that lives in California already, they don't call it the "Peoples Republic of Kalifornia" for nothing. The emissions rules are off-the-charts bullshit, so make sure you know what they are before you buy anything.

Geebuz...If you got a hybrid in California I'd want something a little bigger than an Insight. You feel intimidated by all the SUV's even in an 8 seat van over there imagine what a hybrid feels like:knock: :rotflol:
