    Motorsport Photography book???

I can remember I read somewhere of a really good large motorsport photography book by a famous photographer. Does anyone remember the title of it?

Or perhaps suggest any other good motorsport photography books?

    Cheers.

    Australian motorsport?

"Through My Eyes" by Dirk Klynsmith? (cover pic here --> http://www.pitstop.net.au/pitstop/pa...ing/16599.html )

Thought I ordered a copy myself but it never got here... must check my statements to see if I was actually billed.

Micky, I was more thinking a book with all sorts of motorsport from rally to F1 to Euro touring cars etc.
But if you have any more books that came to mind that are on single forms of motorsport even, spill em here.

I think the book I was thinking of was the one hgmonaro posted. I might check out tha auto shop on Swanston street and have a look if they have either of the book/authors you've mentioned.

not a photography book, but Golden Miles is a damn good read.
Turns out, far too much has been written about great men and not nearly enough about morons

Golden Miles's Story of the Australian Muscle Car sounds like a decent read:

Might have a look if I hae enough $ left over. Tehre are a heap of nice books on pitstop.net.au.
The Slideshow series year books of Rally look very decent.

I got the old man in law Golden Miles for xmas. From the quick flick through I had before I wrapped it, I was impressed. I got it for $20 or $25 from big W too.

Back on topic, datzed: Have you checked through the pitstop bookshop online store?

                Alex.

AlexinPerth, was checking through pitstops books, some awesome titles there. I reckon I could go broke there in 15mins I'd like to have a flick through a few books before I buy though so will check out technical bookstore or that massive book store in chadstone.
