I imagine Dutton competitors might get first preference? But if it's run over 2 days, there should be plenty of time for the field to get their runs in......
Ahhhh, but who will be driving it?
I see an in-car camera mount being sorted out for this event too (or maybe in a few weeks time?)
Edit: please tell me you won't be on Federals though :D
It was wearing RE55's last night, it can change it's shoes you know
23kev - the section that they are running is three lanes (two up, one down) so a lot more open than a nebo with a couple of trickey corners (well, one in particular), the odd jump where you'll get quite a bit of air and a lot of very quick blind exit corners. It's somewhere you can really let loose in a big hp car if you've taken your brave pills.
Another short video of a bike almost being spotted at 140km/h by cops..
There's gotta be a video of the whole run floating around somewhere? http://www.starlyon.com/bugle/video/lucky.wmv
Basically its a great bit of twisty road between Hornsby and Gosford. There is an awesome pie shop there which is usually full of bikers of all descriptions on the weekends.

The best bit of road is before the Hawkesbury (from the Sydney side). After the Hawkesbury, it's pretty shit. I presume it's a downhill run to the Pie in the Sky.
Details? costs? requirements? Bill, can I borrow a car? :D
Turns out, far too much has been written about great men and not nearly enough about morons

Cos the entrants will get a great idea on braking distances from the skidmarks left by Asian uni students in Honda's before they bounced off the armco.
