What about going to your local motor cycle shop to see what surplus crates they have there?
I have required crates for items of equivalent size, and the M/Cycle shop is only too glad to hand them over. Some of the crates (O/S ones) are partly made of steel RHS and very strong. Generally they have to pay some recycler to take the boxes away, or are charged a fee at the dump by the Council.
The crates mostly have a pallet for the floor, so the bike can be wired to the floor if you want.

Its a QA50! Fold it up - thats what they were designed for in the first place.
Geez, those things are bloody rare now and that looks pretty intact, I hope its going somewhere it will be looked after?

Otherwise, go to your local purveyor of jinglingchongchingchan minibikes and grab an old crate. Motorbike shops go through an utterly ridiculous amount of crates.
Most minibikes just come in the crate with the handlebars off, if they are disassembled at all (Suzuki JR50's come crated in lots of two, fully assembled - add oil and fuel and off you go racing around the workshop).

I would like a Z50 minitrail and a grey tank XR75 to do up one day...

Haha, bastard! I sold my two minitrails for $50 a long time ago. One of them still had the full complement of lights etc...
