    nup.

driving is inheirently dangerous, you need to concentrate and think and pay attention and stuff...

once you stop paying attention, then your risk of danger increases.

as will the risk to you rise if other drivers are not paying enough attention too.

so on the roads you are constantly in danger. all the time.

just one thing, the semis thing is bullshit, rt215s do not need warming up, i have been with morgs in this car and its complete bullshit. The car demands respect certainly, but the problem here was the squishy meat bit between the wheel and the drivers seat.

I'd say (hope?) most of us havent done 140 in a 60 zone.

I have done very few deliberate stupid things on the road, mostly because I don't trust my driving 'talent' to get me out of the shit if it all goes pear shaped. Plus I've pretty much only ever had crappy underpowered cars and have never had enough money to risk binning my only source of transport.

This guy is a dickhead plain and simple. It is not so much the details of what he did that makes him a dickhead, but the thinking behind it.

Hey, if you people would friggin'-well spell gaol properly, we wouldn't have the incorrect spelling of words like that creeping into our dictionaries!
Soft roaders represent an excellent compromise between the needs of the hardcore 4x4 user and the convenience of a city hatchback. Its clear to see why they have become so popular in todays society.

For sure.. I've had a set on my car, and the warm stick wasn't too much different to cold start.. They're only semi-street thingos, not real slicks anyhow. Usual excuse shown these days "It was all about the semis/slicks!"

Who the fuck uses gaol these days. Make sure to write a letter to Her Majesty and ask that all Commonwealth subjects use the proper noun for a place of imprisonment. Furthermore address the issue of the penal colonies refering to Catsup as Tomato Sauce.

                          ^ thats the win.

Its common on some other forums (not pf or SAU) to have a member posting every week about their most recent single-vehicle accident as if it was something that just happens.

For all we know though, he may have at some stage accepted responsibility for his actions rather than blaming it on some irrelevant factor outside of his control (which clearly was not the case).

I think that is the arguement.

                                Thoughts?

The performanceforums user rule, if you PERSONALY havent been caught for the EXACT same offence then the guy who did the offence is a dickhead and should be locked up, if you have however PERSONALY been caught for the EXACT same offence then the cops are dickheads and were out to get you

its fucking bullshit, i think you would be hard pressed to find a guy on this forum who hasnt done something dumb, if not exactly like this than similar. This guy didnt get away with it, and guess what, now hes fucked with the cops and has lost his uninsured GTR. i just find it amusing that half the guys posting on that forum about what a wanker he is have their sik drift pics for avitars
