        Ahh, I needed to go down Roma St, but I turned right into Turbot and then left into Roma instead. Reckon I saved loads of time. George & Roma St intersection was a nightmare.

              grey st in southbank has been bumper to bumper since 12pm

                they are opening up the right turn from makerston st to head north bound onto coro drive.

                this is normally for emergengy vehicles only, however they just said on the radio that they will be opening it up this afternoon.

                so there may be some relief for northbound workers.

                                I would definately seek compensation, doubt i would win though!

                                traffic has definately eased up. Im guessing they opened up a lane or two on the r/e because last night it took me 2.5 hours to get from the hospital in southbank to the gap.
