Well it was an awesome season of racing, best one I've watched yet, and probably the only season that I've watched every race bar one live - didn't watch Brazil live, heh.
The webberbox actually made the whole thing much more enjoyable.
Webber had a pretty decent season but small things killed off his chances at the end pretty much, it's harsh to think how different it'd be had he not crashed out in Valencia and Korea, but thats racing I suppose.
Next year should be epic, though KERS is back (sigh).Comment

I dont beleive in conspiracy. But unfortunately Mark has been way too good earlier in the season while Crappel was to busy fucking starts, and crashing into people. RBR had to appear like they are supporting both drivers, but what i want to know is
Why is it towards the end of the season Mark LOSES PACE Crappel starts going faster, and then finally in the last race Mark is 6 tenths of a second slower.
Did anyone notice the couple of times they went to his onboard camera, Mark wasnt fully utilising the revs on the car? He was shifting in the red and not when the lights reach pink as you would when you are pushing for a championship.
Either RBR fucked with Mark's car or he got a stern talking to to back off, i am willing to stake my nuts it wasnt as plain as just MARK DIDNT GET THERE IN THE END.

That suggestion of bringing Mark in early to force ferrari to do the same with Alonso would hold some water- especially with Mark announcing what he was going to do to give ferrari plenty of warning..
However that would be like them going from 1/100 to 99/100 in one fell swoop strategy wise and I don't see them doing that. As it worked out it was absolutely perfect and Ferrari probably got sucked in..
One way or the other if Mark had won the championship it would have been a little hollow being that he couldn't really match sv in any department. SV is a talent and is probably the next schumacher and he will go on to win three or four championships nothing surer.
Mark to Ferrari is a disaster. His best bet is to stay with redbull and try and suck it up and knock sv off his perch from time to time and retire after next year. He won't win a WDC now unfortunately.. And I say that as a huge fan of Mark's since Minardi..Comment

It didn't look like he had the hunger in the race or quali, watching him follow Alonso he never really got close and generally in the races he won't sit on someones gearbox.
