FWIW, I think vet is suffering with the way the new cars drive. Last year when the EBD was gone for one race webber was all over him, and he had nothing.

IMO as dan has a lot less to un learn he is on it straight away. Will be the same next year I'll bet too.
.... because every driver experiences the destructive potential of the effortless surge of power available through the smallest of body movements.

People seem to also forget this is Dans 4th year in the sport.. he isn't a new kid by any means.

Yep it's well documented he isn't confident with the car at turn in and is not too happy with the lack of grip/how planted the rear end was. Monza will be interesting to see if he suffers the same he did at Spa he was struggling with the lack of downforce due to the skinny rear wing but it was essential to give them a fighting chance. When you watch him he was regularly going over the track limits or his lose which allowed Dan to pass etc, in comparison Dan is planted and has no issues keeping within the track limits.
        If in doubt power out

Yup has happily taken to cheating to keep up/ahead with others.

I'd also assume RBR have told the drivers that Dan is #1 for this year now, so Vettel's car is now the development car, and Dan is getting all the good bits.

The big question is how would Webber do?

Webber already said his fitness/head wasn't in the game any more. While the current regs might suit him a bit better I dare say he wouldn't be performing as well as Dan is given how much on a high he'd be entering the big league and be determined to prove he is worth the seat.

Webber was a cock. I'd given my left nut in exchange for him winning the 2010 WDC, but he turned out to be a bitching complaining little cock. The way Red Bull sided with Vettel during the time they were team mates proves this theory I feel. Webber lost me with the way he dealt with Mal'13. Instead of whinging and sticking fingers up at a car dissappearing up the road, turn the car to overkill and chase the prick down.

Such a contrast to Dan in China this year. Doing it how it should be done. Vettel was playing the game by not letting him thorough, if you're faster, you're faster.... Dan's reply was exactly what should of been done. Nail him into the corner and then hang him out to dry

                      Finally.

I am happy to bet Seb wins another world title before he is done. He is too good not to.

I also think he is probably enjoying the lack of spotlight this year.

I doubt it was the fitness level needed, more the fighting weight he needed to maintain to race.

I think it was more to do with a phone call from Porsche.

who would blame him. Money hasn't been an issues for years and half the races per year.

Webber would beat Vettel this year imho.
