Most of them buy from external sources as is atm, they don't build in house.

In the main game, only two Holden engine builders - KRE and Walkinshaw, two Ford engine builders - Mostech and Tickford, and obviously Nissan.

v6 turbo development suspended. Wont be on the table for the foreseeable future. I think this is a good move as a lot of fans were upset about it. Personally I was ok with it, it sounded pretty good and at least other teams were staying V8. Lot of money no doubt potentially wasted.

I would have thought some of the smaller Holden teams would have kept the VF bodywork (some have kept the dash..), but every team changing suggests Holden supported the change in some way and perhaps they would have forced the probably more expensive V6 on all Holden teams? Of course that would leave Ford and Nissan V8s, but still more than half the field would be V6, ok by me but geez some people get angry about it.

It's clear the ZB body setup is a step above the VF - they could have, but would of been the slowest of the Commdores.
