I would think not this year's 500 but probably a better than good chance for '21 and then maybe full time indycar from 22 on

They are talking about the Indy road race and surely they will start him in road races due to his lack of banked oval experience? IIRC Ambrose was very competitive on the road courses in Nascar but not so much the banked ovals, and given Scotty will be learning to drive an open wheeler in competition adding the additional complication of an oval would be too much I would think.

would be easier if they just turn off comments now on FB, save all the time warnng people.

Its well overdue. Supercars fans are some of the most uninformed and toxic motorsport fans out there on social media. Even recently when drivers were putting up stuff for auction to benefit the bushfire victims some of the comments made were just childish. It’d better if they turned comments off on their Facebook page like they did on their website.

                Good, it's about time.

There are some seriously deranged people commenting on there.

Bryce Fullwood finally confirmed in the second WAU seat. Can’t wait to see how he goes in the main game.

I reckon he'll go alright based on his performance in the Nissan. I reckon whatever Chaz is he'll be within 5-6 positions of that.

As long as they build a better car I think they will both do well.

So Courtney has thrown bulk coin at Rod Salmon to make the problems go away???

And the Webb's keep their money and just keep on doing what they have always done??? and fair enough if they can make it work for them.

I don't see why Supercars are frothing over the "need" to have a team based in Sydney. WHen you look at where the current manufacturing infrastructure for the category is, Sydney is about the worse place to be.

Also makes a mockery of the way Supercars handles the GRM issues with their set in stone must commit by this date.....

Worth noting that Mr Courtney's personal management group includes Neil Crompton and Alan Gow.

Because Sydney is a massive market that they want to get back. I still remember early 2000's getting out of Eastern Creek after a V8 round would take 1 hour. Now I can drive track side, watch the race and be out of there in 5 mins.

I guess having a Sydney based team gives them something to market with, also helps that Courtney is a local grew up around the area.
