Simona's going to have a really rough character building first year. Will be interesting to see if she sticks it out for the full 3 years. Not like Stoner, i reckon he left too soon only doing the single season of DVS and packing it in.

Yeah, Stoner should've given it another year. Was very capable of getting a result, but kept tripping over cunts who just wanted to race near him so they get potentially get some TV time. Was a well-known ploy at the time.

I think he got a 6th in the wet at QR though.

As much as I think Stoner was one of the best GP riders of all time and quit way way too early to put him
in a race category with the best and most ambitious young talent in the country who are there purely to
make a career in motorsport at all cost was simply stupid thinking even if he could and should do competitive
lap times in the bang and crash of these cars he just didnt have race knowledge or experience never was it
going to work. Even worse than bringing Ambros back after 10 years but he would of got it back eventually.
