Fairly rare for Max to make a mistake like that.

        Should be a good race.

Yeah Nando was on for P3 but if Max didn’t make his mistake P4. Regardless much closer to Merc and RB in terms of pace than the last 8 years

Lando has been on fire all weekend, and I was gutted for him when his lap was deleted, but his performance will give him a lot of confidence heading into the race.

Perez being ahead of Max will redeem his friday faux pas....I just pray they dont focus too much on each other on lap 1 and let Lewis sprint away, as the RB's are on different tyre strategies and if they are smart, they can do to Merc, what Merc always do to Max.

Very tidy laps from Mick, being closer to the front, and a bigger gap to Nikita

              Robbed by himself ?

              Great quali.

Ferrari and McLaren being back close means there is no room for error at the front.

George 12th is great to see.

A shame it was because Max F'ed it and not on merit. Will give both drivers confidence going into tomorrow though.

Landis lap was right on the limit tge entire lap and just went over in one section. Its what happens when you push 10 10ths. Good on him for giving it a solid crack. He seems determined to show what he can do against a known quantity such as Dan and he is steeping it up. You can see by how hard he is pushing.

The most frustrating thing about this whole track limits malarkey is that it constantly changes, and therefor, some people are able to gain an advantage from repeatedly abusing them, and others are penalised on the first instance. There is NO consistency.

It needs to be black and white at every circuit so there is no room for ambiguity. You are either in or out, and the rules need to be the same, regardless of which session is happening.

So like it used to be. The white line at the edge of the track is the limit of the track.

Go outside of that, get penalised. Or put the gravel right up to the edge of the track, that should fix them going too far.

Lucky the track limits games doesn't start until the race coverage does :D
.... because every driver experiences the destructive potential of the effortless surge of power available through the smallest of body movements.

Following on the track limits stupidity. watch the cars go through Rivanza Lap after lap, all 4 wheels over the white line, but that's ok because the FIA says no advantage, in reality if there was no advantage, nobody would be out there. but slip over the line at aqua mineral and it's an advantage. The point isn't if it is or isn't and advantage, pushing all track limits it is an advantage, now the problem is becoming how much of an advantage is ok.
                              my question is,
how are these new found spectators being fed in after watching drive to survive, supposed to understand wtf is ok and what is not.
soccer doesn't change the rules week in week out depending on the length of grass or moisture content impacting the angularity of the blades in relation to the white painted lines that were sprayed at 11 mins to midnight under a full moon.
Line is there, its in or out. The spectators know this and can happily follow along and not get sandy vag about unusual calls without explanation from a room full of fat old cunts.
