    FS [WA] Kelford 284/278 Cams For 4AGE 16v

    No longer need these, Were in my rally car for One event, done about 30km's-50km of actual work, 300km of run in... Bought them in september 2010. Been sitting since november that year.

    Did you have to muck around much with the buckets and shims much?

      Not at all. They dont have very radical lift. (9.20 and 8.50) So if you wanted to, you could use standard springs and they still avoid binding up (although its kinda pointless as seat pressure wouldnt be all that good without some 'better' springs)

      I used them with shim over bucket. even now, I use almost 10mm lift with shim over bucket and havent seen an issu.
