    1st gen BT50/Ranger rear detroit locker.

    ITEM: Harrop modified & Fitted genuine Detroit/Nospin rear differential, assembled in housing/gears with new carrier bearings. The best and only solution for a serious off roader that still works on the tarmac.
    CONDITION: Excellent: center has done ~ 10-15K kms, gearset: low milage second hand.
    PRICE AND PRICE CONDITIONS: $1800 + freight if required, may do a deal if you are keen. This is half what it has cost me to get to this point due to being the guinea pig.
    EXTRA INFO: As far as I am aware this is the only one in existence at present. The best and only solution for a serious off roader that still works on the tarmac. Reason for sale, vehicle was purchased as a tow vehicle, I was incredibly frustrated with the OEM LSD and went straight to the detroit as I wanted to be 100% confident in being able to cross an intersection in the wet etc and not be left standing still. I have since fitted a front e-locker and a rear aftermarket helical now as it is 99.9% driven on tarmac.
    Please note: there is some additional driveline backlash with a mechanical self locking center, however there is simply nothing as good as a genuine detroit/nospin in terms of strength, reliability and function on & off road.
