Hey guys, I'm sure some of you remember last time this came up for sale. I ended up buying it from Allan, knowing full well it was only to be a short term love affair. Now the time has come for me to sell the car, and buy the house I should have bought last year. I'll clear up the price increase first thing. I bought it canaried/unregistered, it is now registered until Jan in Vic, this included jumping through hoops as it never had an engine number stamped in the iron block. This is all taken care of now, new number is stamped, and I have all the paper work for it in the car.
It also comes with a collection of parts needed to get through a rwc. Namely a full suspension setup (30mm raised above STANDARD height), which comes as two fully assembled front struts/springs, as well as a pair of springs, and part of shocks for the rear. On top of this, I've also got a set of standard exhaust manifolds, cats, a custom E.P.A spec catback exhaust and a stock engine cover. I've also got a bag of odds and ends for blocking off the oil lines for the turbo, bonnet mat etc, I'll include EVERYTHING that's needed with the car. Both suspension and engine gear could be changed over in a day if you get a mate to help. I did the whole lot myself in one day with the use of a hoist and air tools, and I'm not a spritely character.
Tune has had a healthy going over, and this has completely transformed the car. It made bulk power, but was really hard to start cold and although it drove well, it had issues with catching the idle when coasting down or when just throwing it in neutral while driving. It has no such issue now, and idles rock steady at 800rpm (was wound up to 950 previously), even the cam is barely noticeable at idle. Has had an Eboost street fitted (car had no boost controller as I got it). Made 900rwhp/1400NM and maxed out the dynapac hub dyno I was on... at 19psi
Aside from that its had a new heavy duty tailshaft (the last one met an untimely end, pics can be provided for entertainment value), and a new body control module. I'm sure there's been other stuff along the way, I'll add it all as I remember it. The rest of this ad will be blatantly plagiarized from Allans last thread.
