I bet someone would still pull me aside and tell me I had ruined it and that I should have done it to something less valuable.

Would need a crowbar to deal with the torque steer.

Someone posted an awesome d series render that looked crazy good. Fucked if I can find it now.
Turns out, far too much has been written about great men and not nearly enough about morons

Although I know very little about Citroens I do have a soft spot for them as my Grandfather who passed away early this month owned at last count between 28-31. Bought his first one in the early 50's.

Him driving his DS through the dunes at Birdsville.
Agreed, and your grandfather sounded like a mad dude, RIP.

Haha. Has shades of Cordia Turbo about it. Another one Ive thought about in the past was a Hyundai Lantra with a 4G63B. Would also make decent daily/sleeper compromise

Honda F20b or keep the Citroen cast boat anchor.

Actually, the way they steer it needs an anchor.

Lots of minis & mokes including a G13b powered Sports Sedan, a couple of Swift Gtis, a Goggomobil, Porsche 928S, Polo Gti, BMW 540i, a WRX and a few others.

And not make a softtop for it, the Chapron top looks crap. Fun fact, the Chapron convertibles are actually built using the stronger wagon chassis, as you can tell by the 2 jack points. Sedans only had 1.
