Noticed another issue, fuck me I have no idea. When I have the wire speed near the lowest speed the feeding sound isn't constant more of a judderjng noise. Thought this was normal until I read up about slipping. I notice the two rollers travel at different speed and I guess you can say slipping. I tightened the tension adjuster all the way and it still does it? Something else affecting it?

Make sure u have the roller with the right size groove.

One of my very first welds.

Did some heavier welding on the weekend. Had to replace the stub axle on my ke70 coilovers. Lot of cutting and cleaning and measuring later I had it all tacked up and ready to go.

2 runs. Welded really nicely. About 5 mm of porosity where I must not have cleaned it back enough where it was a cunt to get to it with the grinder. But besides that it flowed awesome and no deflection when measurements were checked. Had to use shiny silver paint ad ran out of racing black lol

                  Damn lol,
I kinda want to get red of my synchro250 and go to something smaller, I just can't justify Kemppi or fronius money even though they make me look like a good welder. I don't do this stuff as a day job.
I want to demo an everlast but nobody around here has one. 210 or 255...

Where are you located? You're more than welcome to test my 210ext out

I can happily say that I would recommend the everlast units, well at least the model I have.

I could get some 10mm ally from work and give it a go and post the results for you?

If you could run corner with some scrap that'd be sweet, the everlasts 220A rated at 60% and the kempii230 is rated 200A at 60% so in theory they should be close. If the everlast numbers are legit it should just be able to do it. its only for the the occasional times i need to weld stuff like manifolds and turbo housings.

Eofy cash burn and such I stumped up for the miller dynasty 210dx

First impressions are my God miller machines have come a long way in 15 years. This thing is so nice on AC

Getting a feeling for the freq control I have never had the luxury of before.
Still want to play with waveform settings, too many buttons to keep track of.
