Nah - it's pretty difficult actually. The positions of the bolts are closely guarded, and they won't give them up unless they know you have Autocad or something similar. As the OE bolt spacing has to be so precise, you can't just measure them, you have to get the OE spacing.

I drew up and made up my powerglide to 1FZ bellhousing adaptor which meant I needed both the Toyota bolt positions AND the GM Powerglide bolt positions.

As I needed the bolt positions for both the 1FZ bellhousing and the GM Powerglide pump bolts, I got in got in contact with Toyota Australia and General Motors and eventually got put onto design engineers. Once they were certain I had Autocad (I sent them a picture of my computer with autocad loaded up and the box sitting next to the screen), they sent me the bolt positions.

Start off by going through the contact form of the OE manufacturer - I went through www.toyota.com.au and also www.holden.com.au as an example. Fill in the contact form, or ring the OE number and let them know in detail what you are trying to do - they really like to help when someone is serious and has Autocad or something similar.

Most OE companies will give you that info pretty freely if you ask nicely. It can take up to 8 weeks for one of the design engineers to contact you - but be patient - they will get to it.

Dynolicious you should start by making billet cones and stems for you and your mates as a starting out project that you can use every day.
