Print quality is a bit off?

I dunno, it's pretty good I thought. Haven't tweaked anything yet, there's a bit of a vibration when it changes directions which will be easy to address.

i reckon thats bed levelling issue, happened a few times when i move the thing, gotta position it then re calibrate. a bit of a4 paper and some patience will sort it out.

          Patience, no deal.

I'm actually really happy with the quality, if you guys reckon it should/could be much better I will have a play.

Bit of bed levelling, slow the print speed a little and go 0.1mm layer height for best quality.

Check all the Alan bolts are tight too so there isn’t too much wobble

Google k8200 and there’s some good tweaking threads on 3D printing forums.

Yeah that's what I did, cleaned and lubed the ways. Lowered speed a little and put an acceleration limit. I'm very happy with the outcome. Completely functional and useful. This is 50mm diameter and a pretty close up photo.

Awesome! Done any 0.1mm stuff? I have done occasionally but too impatient most of the time.

Doing one now at 0.1, see what happens.

Slight improvement, but I've finally got my dimensions right. One neopixel spa light holder ready to go once I have abs filament.

Another Prusa i3 clone. The Y axis rails look pretty weedy but the enclosure and touch screen are good. It would probably be OK when properly set-up.

                                First print off my Cr10.

Set of turbo flanges for the tiny KP31 turbo. Came out perfect.
